Out of office hours, the support line is routed to our on-call team. You will be asked to enter your account number or customer reference before you are transferred.
Parking at our offices is limited due to our town centre location. You may be able to reserve a place by special arrangement but usually, you will not be able to park on site.
There is a 400 space Pay-and-Display car park at The Swan Centre where Asda is situated (Via Corporation St) within a 2 minute walk. Parking at Asda is low cost and can be refunded if you make a purchase from Asda, however, it is limited to 3 hours, you cannot return the same day, and these rules are strictly enforced. The postcode for the Swan Centre car park is CV21 3EB.
The main Rugby Central car park is 5 minutes walk and is accessed by car from Corporation Street. It allows lo-cost all-day parking so is more suitable if you plan to stay at OpusVL for more than a few hours. Spaces are almost always available on the higher floors. The Rugby Central postcode is CV21 2JR, a map can be found here.
Travelling by train
Rugby is on the West Coast Main Line with frequent direct services from London Euston, Birmingham, Milton Keynes, Northampton, and Coventry.
Our offices are about 20 minutes walk from Rugby station.

If you prefer to take a taxi from the station, the ride is 5 about minutes outside of peak times and you can usually locate them in the taxi rank to the right outside the station entrance. If the taxi driver does not know Drury Lane, mention that our offices are behind the Rugby Hotel and next to Gymaphobics.
