Travelling to OpusVL by car

For directions using Sat Nav, you may need to use the postcode of our neighbours (CV21 3DA) as our postcode has recently been created. We hope that our postcode will report correctly soon. If you need parking, please read below.

Parking

Parking at our offices is limited due to our town centre location. You may be able to reserve a place by special arrangement but usually, you will not be able to park on site.

There is a 400 space Pay-and-Display car park at The Swan Centre where Asda is situated (Via Corporation St) within a 2 minute walk. Parking at Asda is low cost and can be refunded if you make a purchase from Asda, however, it is limited to 3 hours, you cannot return the same day, and these rules are strictly enforced. The postcode for the Swan Centre car park is CV21 3EB.

The main Rugby Central car park is 5 minutes walk and is accessed by car from Corporation Street. It allows lo-cost all-day parking so is more suitable if you plan to stay at OpusVL for more than a few hours. Spaces are almost always available on the higher floors. The Rugby Central postcode is CV21 2JR, a map can be found here.

The other main Rugby town centre car parks are around 10 minutes on foot. Free street parking is available at the top of Dunchurch road and Bilton road (both about 5 minutes walk). Spaces can usually be found first thing in the morning and later in the afternoon.

Travelling by train

Rugby is on the Euston main line and travel time from London is between 50 and 100 minutes depending on the service you choose. Milton Keynes is between 20 and 40 minutes, Birmingham is around 35 minutes, and 50 minutes from Crewe. A Google map of the route from the station to our offices can be found here

Walking from the station

Our offices are about 20 minutes walk from Rugby station. The most straightforward route is to travel up Murray Road from the station, over one roundabout, right at the second on to Hillmorton Road. Walk past the Rugby School and turn right on to Drury Lane opposite the statue. There is a shorter route via Regent Street cutting past the Rugby Central in the center of town and then through the bottom of Drury Lane next to the Black Swan if you know your way.

Taxi from the station

If you prefer to take a taxi from the station, the ride is 5 about minutes outside of peak times and you can usually locate them in the taxi rank to the right outside the station entrance. If the Taxi Driver does not know Drury Lane, mention that our offices are behind the Rugby Hotel and next to Gymaphobics.
